1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 298pkr ("298pkr", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 298pkr website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and all associated features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 298pkr. Operating multiple accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

To access betting and casino services on 298pkr, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password — confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Notify 298pkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested by 298pkr, including submission of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC will restrict withdrawals from your account.

298pkr reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 298pkr Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. 298pkr may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer or debit card.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. USDT TRC20 typically clears within 10–30 minutes after the required network confirmations.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. 298pkr may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Time: 298pkr targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to security checks and payment provider processing times.
• Declined Transactions: 298pkr is not liable for deposits or withdrawals delayed or declined by the User's payment provider. Transaction fees charged by payment providers are the User's responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 298pkr Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. 298pkr does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted by sport-specific rules.
• Betting markets may be suspended or voided at 298pkr's discretion in the event of technical errors, obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or any event reasonably deemed to affect the integrity of the market.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and vary by sport, event type, and user tier. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. 298pkr is not responsible for delays in live data and reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted due to feed latency.
• 298pkr reserves the right to void any bet it reasonably believes was placed in breach of these Terms, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or collusion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

298pkr may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all 298pkr bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Each User may claim each bonus a maximum of one time unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• 298pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that a User is abusing a promotion or acting in bad faith.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless otherwise specified.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 298pkr Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any tool to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through a technical error must be reported and will be voided.
• Collusion between users to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts, using false identities, or engaging in circular betting to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial transaction.
• Any conduct that 298pkr, in its sole reasonable discretion, deems to be detrimental to the Platform, its users, or its reputation.

298pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts and forfeit balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 298pkr Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game titles, icons, and audio-visual materials — is the property of 298pkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 298pkr content without prior written authorisation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use 298pkr's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The 298pkr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 298pkr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 298pkr shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 298pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 298pkr's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 298pkr is not liable for failures in internet connectivity, payment provider outages, or any event outside its reasonable control.

10. Privacy

298pkr's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the 298pkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming
